    4 The norms set by it for the discharge of its functions The day-to-day functioning of the Lokpal of India is as per the provisions contained in the Lokpal&Lokayuktas Act, 2013 and instructions & orders issued by the nodal department from time to time.
    5 The rules, regulations, instructions, manuals and records, held by it or under its control or used by its employees for discharging its functions The requisite Act, Rules & Regulations are available on the web site of the Lokpal of India under the heading ‘Acts & Rules/Regulations’

    6 A statement of the categories of documents that are held by it or under its control The documents held by the Lokpal of India include relevant files on subjects/complaints dealt with in this office and service documents of its officials.
    7 The particulars of any arrangement that exists for consultation with, or representation by, the members of the public in relation to the formulation of its policy or implementation thereof The Lokpal of India functions as per the mandate given by the Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act, 2013 and no arrangement for consultation with public exists at this stage.

    Complaints are also being received in the electronic form from the complainants.

No Library or reading room is available for public use at present.
